Why is there a waiting list?
Every house is designed and built by hand, so we take a fixed number each week. The list is first come, first served.
Can I see my house before I pay?
Yes. Once you join, you can upload photos and see a preview of it in brick right away, at both scales, and ask for changes.
Is the deposit refundable?
Fully, until you approve your final design. After that we start sourcing the parts for your house, so the deposit is kept and the balance is charged.
What if a piece is missing or damaged?
We replace it, free, always. Because each house is made to order, we can't take returns for a change of mind.
What does it cost?
It depends on the house and the scale. You'll see your price with your preview, before you reserve anything.
